This year I turned 24 and I spent it in Arizona with Lexi and Berkley. We had a lot of fun. The three of us went to McDonalds for lunch and then stopped by the store to get a cake and while we were there I found raspberries on sale for 97 cents!
Lexi helped me pick the cake out at the store. It was delicious!
There is only one candle in it because Lexi really wanted a candle to be in it and I was good with just one. We couldn't find a lighter so it just was on there but she did sing me Happy Birthday.
I am not very good at taking pictures, sorry this didn't turn out better. This is Berkley enjoying her slice. She is very good at using utensils to eat. I had put a clip in her hair earlier but she took it out and I hadn't put it back in yet.
This is Lexi finishing off the slice of cake that Berkley didn't finish. As you can see, I am not very good at doing little girl's hair, her pigtails are so uneven. Oh well she was fine with it.
Molly got a watermelon for us to eat before she left. Lexi and I decided to make watermelon "cookies" with it. It is an idea I found on Pinterest. We ate a lot of watermelon that day and the next few days.
Berkley also enjoyed the watermelon.
I had a lot of fun being out there with them. These were really all the pictures I took. We went on several walks and "scavenger hunts", went to the park a couple of times, and to the pool and splash pad, made cookies and had fun playing. I really like Arizona and can't wait to go back in December!
